Use this page to request deletion of your Origin HRMS account and associated personal data for the web and mobile applications.
Request Account Deletion
Origin HRMS users can request deletion by contacting our support team from the registered email address. We verify the requester before deleting or anonymizing eligible data.
Email Deletion Request- 1Send an email from your registered Origin HRMS email address to info@originhrms.com.
- 2Use the subject line: Origin account deletion request.
- 3Include your full name, registered email, phone number if available, role, and company name.
- 4For employee accounts, we may verify the request with the employer because HR, attendance, payroll, and compliance records are controlled by the employer organization.
- 5After verification, we will confirm the request and process eligible deletion or anonymization.
Data We Delete
- Account sign-in profile, authentication sessions, and mobile push tokens.
- Profile photo and personal account preferences that are not required for legal, billing, payroll, security, or audit obligations.
- Personal chat visibility and user-linked app data where deletion does not break required employer records or legal audit trails.
- Support metadata that is no longer required to resolve open requests.
Data We May Keep
- Invoices, payment records, subscription history, and refund records required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Employer-controlled HR records such as attendance, leave, payroll, payslips, employee onboarding, and statutory employment records where the employer is required to retain them.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention logs, and audit trails needed to protect the service and investigate unauthorized activity.
- Backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup lifecycle.

Employer-Controlled Records
Origin HRMS is used by employers to manage workforce records. If your account belongs to an employer workspace, some employment, payroll, attendance, invoice, and compliance records may be controlled by your employer and may need to be retained by them. We will process account deletion requests in a way that protects user privacy while preserving records that must legally or contractually remain available.
